Apple dropped the new iOS 10 software for the iPhone a couple weeks ago, so you know what that means.

Your iPhone is about to transform into a futuristic device full of awesome innovative features.

By now, you’ve probably discovered the new emojis (RIP sassy pink shirt girl), sent your BFFs some handwritten notes (or you know, artfully drawn dicks) and figured out that you can finally delete the stupid effing Stocks app once and for all.

But did you know the iOS 10 software also offers some features that are a bit more inconspicuous?

That’s right, from additional Siri commands and Safari tab features to accessibility settings and photo markup capabilities, there are all sorts of awesome features hiding inside of your updated iPhone.

Here are some of the things you probably didn’t know you could do with the iOS 10 software:

Siri Selfies

You can now use Siri to step up your selfie game since the front-facing camera opens when you ask Siri to “take a selfie.” Unfortunately, Siri can’t actually take the photo for you, so you’ll still have to press the shutter button yourself.

Clear Notifications Feature

You can finally say goodbye to those little red notification symbols that drive you insane since iOS 10 now groups notifications by the date. Plus, you can even use 3D Touch to rid your screen of all notifications with the single touch of a button.

Close All Safari Tabs

Notifications aren’t the only thing you can clear from your iPhone with ease. Thanks to the update, you can now close all of your Safari tabs simultaneously.

All you have to do is hold the tab button down, and a window will appear with the option to close all tabs.

New Map Features

Checking places out on Maps just got easier since the app now links you to other third-party applications, like Yelp and OpenTable, without forcing you to exit the Maps app.

All you have to do it click on a location, and a window will appear at the bottom of the screen that contains relevant apps.

Flashlight Brightness

Burning your retinas out with that bright AF flashlight app is about to become a thing of the past since iOS 10 now lets you use 3D Touch to easily toggle between brightness settings.

All you have to do is hard press the flashlight icon and choose a brightness of either high, medium or low.

Doodle Capabilities

If you’re looking to tap into your creative side, you’ll be glad to know that iOS 10 has a “Markup” feature that will let you doodle all over your pics.

If that’s not cool enough, the Markup feature will even transform your poor excuse for a doodle into the shape it thinks that you were trying to achieve. (Note shitty star doodles vs. perfect star doodle.)

To access this feature, simply open a photo on the Photos app, tap the Edit button, followed by the More button, and doodle away.

Low-Quality Mode For Photo Messaging

The new iOS 10 software now features a low-quality image mode setting, which allows you to send selfies to your BFFs without eating up all of your data.

To turn this feature on, click on the Settings icon, then Messages and scroll all the way to the bottom of the list.

Home Button Features

If the new method of unlocking your phone is really pressing your buttons, don’t worry. It turns out, you can revert your phone back to unlocking by resting your finger on the home button rather than having to press it each time.

Click on Settings, followed by General, Accessibility and Home Button where you will find the Rest Finger To Open option.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
