It's the best season of the year.

It's that time of the year again, the time of year that we all get so excited about. The time of year that I know I'm going to participate in, no matter how close it is to having to get "bikini body ready" for Spring Break. Like come on, there's no way I'm going to deny myself the deliciousness of these cookies. And it's for a good cause, right? I mean that's what I keep telling myself. I swear they need to make an app already to track these things because I swear they are the hardest to find. I've also heard that some Girl Scouts are even taking payments in credit cards. Hell. Yeah. It's 2017 so its about damn time ladies!

Well we all have our favorite flavor of Girl Scout Cookies, mine being Samoas (how could it not be?). Let's see what your favorite Girl Scout cookie says about you.

The ever so popular, Thin Mints

Oh hey, you like thin mints too? Oh, I'm guessing you love them in the freezer as well! Thin Mints is by far a crowd favorite. If you like thin mints, you are more on the safe side and may be afraid to venture out a bit. You're comfortable with what you know, and that's perfectly content with you.

S'Mores

This new flavor is one that I would 10/10 recommend. If these have become your new favorite flavor, I would assume you are super outdoorsy. Every time you take a bite of one of these cookies you are immediately taken back to those times you went camping with your family and made your own s'mores by the campfire while you tell ghost stories.

Samoas

MY FAV! You most likely are a foodie and enjoy trying new things. You're probably also the person who likes weird combinations with their food, like ketchup on mac and cheese or like M&Ms in your popcorn but hey no judgment here. If you're a coconut lover like myself you're probably super tropical as well. (These are also great frozen too.)

Shortbread/Trefoils

What? Is? This? Flavor? Can you even taste it? What do you MEAN this is your favorite flavor!? These cookies remind me of the of the wafers they give you during Holy Communion: tasteless and boring. I'm sorry if this is your favorite flavor we probably can't be friends. You are probably the person who says no to desert, or like anything happy.

Tagalogs/Peanut Butter Patties

Tagalogs remind me of my childhood, a simpler time. Tagalogs are my second favorite, so if you like these we can be friends. And if this is your favorite, you are probably a peanut butter lover. Because let's be real, you either have an odd obsession with peanut butter or you hate it. This means you probably have little self-control and like to party.

Lemonades

Can't say I've ever tried this flavor nor heard of it. But you're probably that person who likes sour over sweet, which is weird. And you're the person who is obsessed with trying weird, new things. Like lemonade cookies? No thanks, I prefer my lemonade in liquid form.

Thanks-A-lot

Thanks, but no thanks!! You are like one step up above the Trefoil things. So you're probably them, but a slight bit cooler.

Do-Si-Does/Peanut Butter Sandwich

When you try really really hard to be a Nutter Butter, but aren't.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
