In all honesty, I am not a gamer at all. I have a Wii system and I have just the basic games. I don’t spend hours on my butt playing video games. Well except for one time I got a new game and I stood in one spot for seven hours playing it. I still have the game too. But I’m just not that into violent video games or scary video games. I like my simple games that I can learn how to play in a few minutes and not die every five minutes. I am not very hand eye coordinated. I am going to talk about the three gaming channels that I really like to watch and that I watch constantly. I didn’t start watching them when they first came out. I found them maybe a year ago and now I am hooked on their channels and them and their personalities. Because honestly, I see my own traits in them and it makes it easier to relate to them. The three channels I want to focus on are Markiplier, Jacksepticeye and PewDiePie. Now, each of these people are the same and different.
Markiplier plays challenges with other channels and plays a wide range of online and oculus rift games. Markiplier also does daily little vlogs about his dog Chica. He just recently did one of her after she got fixed. He also posts videos about current situations that are happening in the world. He posted one about the Orlando shooting. The reason why I like watching Markiplier is because he is funny. He can lighten even the worst day you have been having. He can make you laugh at everything and anything. He’s a sweetheart with a big heart and a smile that can brighten your day. He also does collaboration videos with his friends along with the bean boozled challenge, baby food challenge, drunk bounce house challenge, and the nurf challenge just to name a few. He’s not the only gaming channel that I watch.
The second gaming channel that I watch is Jacksepticeye. Now, the name is funky but that’s what makes it entertaining. Jacksepticeye is from Ireland so his accent makes it more entertaining. Hearing him cussing with his accent is cute. He also makes watching the games very entertaining. The way he is all energetic about the games and how he talks is very entertaining. People like to make compilations of him with like the do not laugh challenge or the do not cry challenge. The do not cry challenge is very hard to get through. I always end up crying because of seeing him cry. In one he talks about his grandmother being in the hospital because I remember how hard it was seeing my grandma in the hospital as she was dying. Now for the last channel that I like to watch.
PewDiePie is from Sweden. He’s very spastic with his videos and his actions. In almost every video, he cusses in Swedish. He actually made a video teaching you how to cuss in Swedish just so you could understand what he is saying in Swedish. He also makes videos with his girlfriend doing challenges. He also does jump scare videos which are pretty funny to watch to see him jump and cuss in Swedish. He also tends to get sassy in his videos which makes me giggle a little. He also does challenges like the no cussing challenge where he wears a shock collar on his arms or moves it around and shocks himself or has his girlfriend do it. He is so entertaining to watch and makes you laugh and cry also.
This is why I enjoy watching these gaming channels. It’s not for the games. It’s for the people running the channel.
