If you didn't know from my past article, I am from Los Angeles, and I love food. Here is a quick list of my favorite eateries in Los Angeles. There are so many great restaurants in LA, but there are a few of my favorites.

1. Apple Pan

The Apple Pan has been in Los Angeles since 1947, and their food is really good. My personal favorite is the hickory burger with apple pie. Their burgers are amazing, and the pie is amazing as well. The same guys have been working there probably since it opened.

2. Roscoe's

To me, there is no better meal than chicken and waffles. It doesn't seem like a good combo, but it works perfectly together. There is something about the fried chicken, the waffles and the syrup that is magical.

3. Diddy Riese

Diddy Riese is the perfect dessert place for college students. It is located right near the UCLA campus. You can get an ice cream cookie sandwich for $2, and it is honestly the best deal in town. When I go, I get an ice cream cookie sandwich with a chocolate chip cookie and a walnut oatmeal raisin cookie with coffee ice cream.

4. Fat Sal's

Staying near the UCLA campus, we have Fat Sal's. Fat Sal's is amazing, and no matter what time you go, there will be people there. My favorite sandwich is the Fat Texas BBQ, which contains BBQ pastrami brisket, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, crisp bacon, grilled onions, melted cheddar and mozzarella, fries, mayo and honey BBQ on a garlic hero. While writing this, my mouth is watering thinking of this sandwich.

5. Dodger Stadium

This is an unconventional eatery, but I love the food at Dodger Stadium. Sure it might be pricy, but food at most ballparks are pricy. I personally love the garlic fries, and you cant go wrong with a Dodger dog. There is something about the garlic fries that has a special place in my heart.
