It's almost fall, well at least its starting to feel more like it rather than the warm muggy weather of the summer. I do love summer to an extent but fall has one up on summer and it always has. nothing beats being able to have the cool fall breeze blow through your windows and be able to cuddle into to bed further. On top of that, there are so many things that you can do in the fall. Its full of endless possibilities! Here's a list of some of the best things to do in the fall.

1. Go apple picking!

2. Cider mills!

3. Go to a college football game.

4. Go tailgating!

5. Haunted house can be fun too.

6. See a scary movie.

7. See all the seasonal colors.

8. Get lost in a corn maze!

9. Go to Halloweekends at Cedar Point!

10. Go on a hayride.

11. Carve a pumpkin.

12. Jump in a pile of leaves!
13. Get a Pumpkin Spice Latte.
14. Drink apple cider.
15. Get all your cute fall outfits out.
16. Eat a candy apple.
17. Make chili.
18. Eat all the pumpkin and apple flavored things
19. Burn all the fall scented candles.
20. Go for a hot air balloon ride.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
