Summer has come to an end this year, and a personal favorite is finally here, Fall! Fall is such a beautiful time of the year. From the colors, to the scents to the clothes and holidays, nothing gives off such a warm and cozy feeling. Here are some of my personal fall favorites that everyone should definitely look into.
1. Fall Candles and Plug-Ins
I love the scents of fall. Pumpkin, cinnamon, etc... By buying a candle or a wall plug in, you can have your room smelling amazing. You'll never want to leave after lighting that candle. They also do not have to be expensive. Target has a great selection of 3 dollar candles that smell just as amazing as any other fancy candle.
2. Drinks and Snacks
I am a huge pumpkin fanatic. I love my pumpkin spice latte and my pumpkin pie. Don't be afraid to try places other than Starbucks. Support your local cafes! Let's not forget the Pillsbury sugar cookies that have fall designs printed on them, yum!
3. Decor
Fall colors can be so warm and inviting, so I have no trouble decorating for fall. Anything from fall inspired wreathes to pumpkin adornments, to your favorite thanksgiving decor can give your home/ dorm/ apartment, the warmest feel. You don't have to spend a ton to make your place look adorable.The 99 Cent Store and Dollar Tree have essentials so you can even create your own decorations.
4. Music

These songs seem to be more mellow relaxing songs. Songs you can lay down and really listen to in the warmth and comfort of your home.
5. Family and Friends
Fall includes one of the most loving and family oriented holidays of the year, Thanksgiving. Fall is a time of thanks and transition. It is a time to slowly wrap up the year and give thanks for the time you have had with friends and family. A great friend or family event to participate in this year could be to head to a pumpkin patch with friends or family.
6. Makeup
I love matching my makeup to the sort of outfit I am wearing. So during the fall, I stick to warmer browns and oranges when it comes to eye shadows and lip colors. Also, try adding a gold glitter to your eye shadow to spice up your fall look. The Naked Eye shadow palettes by Urban Decay have a variety of fall colors that can also be used year round.
7. Outfits
Fall outfits can be some of the cutest. From the sweaters to the boots to the dresses, you can be rocking some super adorable outfits. Some of my favorite stores for fall outfits are Zara, Forever 21, and Urban Outfitters. However, if you're going for a old jean jacket or a baggy sweater, a thrift store can do the trick.
