Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- Whipped cream and addition pumpkin spice for garnish
Directions:
- Heat the cream and milk in a pot until the mixture is hot.
- In a medium-sized bowl, stir the hot cream and milk with the white chocolate chips.
- Add the vanilla extract and pumpkin spice.
- Pour the mixture into a mug and top it with the desired amount of whipped cream and pumpkin spice.

Skinny Caramel Apple Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 6 ounces (about 1/2 a tub) fat-free Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 16 ounces caramel sauce (feel free to use a sugar free option)
- Apple slices for dipping
Directions:
- Blend together the cream cheese, Cool Whip, and caramel sauce in an electric mixer.
- Add in the white chocolate chips.
- Either serve immediately or refrigerate for about an hour until the mixture is set.
- Serve with apple slices.

Slow Cooker Apple Butter
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup water
Directions:
- Combine the apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and salt in a large slow-cooker.
- Add in the water.
- Cover the mixture and cook on low heat for 11 hours.
- Remove the apple slices and place them in a blender.
- Puree them until smooth, adding the leftover juice when necessary for desired consistency.
