A Palm Beach County woman, Sherryl Ashby formerly Sprankle, formerly Reynolds, 48, has raised alarm over defamation from a news medium, the Palm Beach Post.
The news medium had earlier published an unverified story titled, 'Woman Attacks Court Psychologist'. The post details an assault by Reynolds on a court-appointed psychologist, Kirsten Tolbert.
Ashby who became a convicted felon following the incident revealed that Tolbert also accused her of theft even though she (Reynolds) had a profitable source of income at the time. It is suspicious that even though theft is considered a misdemeanor she was slammed a heavy amount with a tag, 'burglary and assault without firearm".
The accused was not armed because she had no intent to be in an altercation and had no known history of violence before that time.
The only prior 'criminal felony' allegation against her was that she etched the word, 'MOM' on her ex-husband's car a year after he ignored the judge's order which was a desperate attempt to reach her children who kept crying, "Mommy, I don't know when daddy is going to let us talk to you again."
Yet they didn't file a contempt of court crime against him.
And even to this day, there are no police alligations of Sherryl becoming physically near to her ex-husband. They discredited her role as a mother by failing to implement judicial orders costing her thousand in legal fees and therapeutic care.
Somehow, this critical evaluator's error led to further stalking and police brutality years later from their unjustifiable case that the States Attorney should have reviewed Tolbert's failed Constitutional Violations to Sherryl Ashby.
The judge specifically ordered the psychologist only to reunify NOT to evaluate. Yet she suspiciously kept saying Sherryl wasn't following her recommendations.
Another contempt of court crime, clearly ignored.
In 2015, Marion Stamm who is currently a domestic counselor in Palm Beach County wrote to the courts that Sherryl has done everything legally possible to be reunified with her children.
Having intentionally and unlawfully interferred with Sherrly's right to reunify with her children twice, she committed a crime under Florida Statute 787.03(1).
Records has it that a similar incidents of falsification and lies has happened in the past. In 2017, Action 5 News reporter, Laurel Sauer exposed how investigators intentionally falsifying records.
Ashby is asking for a published apology from the Palm Beach Post and an accurate report of the case as the earlier publication has caused her serious emotional stress and created a dent in her image.
