SPOILER ALERT!
When the seventh Harry Potter book came out, it's safe to say that there were devastated Potterheads everywhere. Perhaps this devastation did not come from the books themselves, but more so the end of something special...or so we all thought.
JK Rowling teamed up with two men who wanted to write a play based on the Harry Potter books. The men asked Rowling if she had any ideas for a story, and she happily wished to contribute. This being said, the book is in fact written in play format, which honestly makes for a quick and easy read.
Below are the thoughts running through everyone's heads throughout the book. Warning: there are spoilers to come.
1. When suddenly the gang is back at 9 3/4, this time with their kids.
2. When a Potter gets sorted into Slytherin, and by the end of the book, you're actually okay with that.
3. When Rose and Scorpius give you the Hermoine and Draco relationship you always low-key wondered about. (I can't be the only one on this, if I am, feel free to judge me).
4. When Ron and Hermione are still adorable together as ever in their relationship, even in the part of the book where Ron was married to someone else.
5. When Snape is back and you feel like someone threw an onion in your eye.
6. When you still hate Umbridge.
7. When you realize Voldemort and Bellatrix had a child together...what?!
8. When Harry, Ron, and Hermione come together to save the world as we know it all over again.
There were so many emotions going through my head in the process of reading this book, these were just a few. Harry Potter will live on forever.
