Every Mount student knows the best places to grab a bite to eat for every occasion. Every perfect early morning and late night snack can be found right in Newburgh. Most students can agree on the best places to eat around The Mount and here are the top spots:

1. Downtown Bagels

This is everyone's favorite Sunday morning spot (and by morning I mean midday). These are the best bagels in town and their platters always hit the spot!

2. Billy Joe's Ribworks

This Mount-favorite waterfront restaurant has the best barbecue. Their pulled pork and mac and cheese can't be beat and the atmosphere is equally as alluring!

3. Johnny's Riverside Deli & Pizza

What Mount student doesn't love a slice of crazy chicken pizza? Seriously...Let me know.

4. Alexis Diner

This diner is filled with Mount students every day, throughout the day. This is the place to go for breakfast, lunch and your weekly 2 a.m. snack (meal).

5. 2 Alices Coffee Lounge

This may not be the most popular coffee spot, but it is definitely one of the best. The coffee options are endless, not to mention delicious. Their bagels are to die for and their different bagel sandwiches are so tasty and creative. Check this place out if you haven't already! (trust me)

6. Cosimo's

Whenever you're feeling a little fancy, or want to dig into a delicious entree, everyone knows Cosimo's is the place to go. This Italian eatery is the perfect spot for when your parents come visit (so they can foot the bill of course!).

7. Hoopla!

Every Mount student's favorite froyo stop (especially on Mondays when froyo is only $3.89!!!).
