The End Of The Semester As Told By "Grey's Anatomy"

If you're reading this, you're probably procrastinating on more important things like studying for exams, finishing up group projects, or typing that term paper that was assigned six weeks ago. It's Ok to be avoiding the inevitable (for now, anyway). This is the end of the semester as we know it! At this point in the school year, everyone is riding the struggle bus, just like the majority of characters on every "Grey's Anatomy" episode. Who's better to describe the last few weeks of school other than our favorite surgeons?

When you realize the amount of work that you have to finish in the next week and a half:

Although it was a good idea, a group review session is just as hopeless as studying on your own.

The gut-wrenching thoughts you feel when the stress finally sets in:

Eating takes away valuable study time, so you have to scrounge up whatever is left in your fridge in between typing papers and editing PowerPoints.

Realizing that coffee does not replace sleep:

Attending your professor's office hours and having to pretend like you've understood everything that was covered in the last 15 weeks:

Taking a study break to check social media and reading posts and tweets from all your friends who are already home for the summer:

Vigorously trying to conceal your feelings toward the one student who threw the curve off:

After finishing everything on your to-do list, you might as well treat yourself!

Breathing a sigh of relief when your work is finally all said and done:

After finally getting your sh*t together, you pat yourself on the back and get the recognition that you deserve!

At the beginning of every semester, you promise yourself that you won't reach your breaking point and, despite your best efforts, it happens anyway. However, just like every "Grey's Anatomy" character, you'll find a way to get through it all. Keep calm and study on. The semester will be over before you know it! You won't be the conductor of the hot mess express for much longer!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
