What makes this TV Show by FOX so great?

Well, the cast is unique and they have individual success outside the show. The main cast includes; Terrance Howard (Lucious Lyon), Taraji P. Henson (Cookie Lyon), Jussie Smollett (Jamal Lyon), Bryshere Y. Gray (Hakeem Lyon) and Trai Byers (Andre Lyon). With a great supporting as well, the show is a great success.

The premise of the show is based in New York and centers on a hip hop music and entertainment company, Empire Entertainment, and the drama among the members of the founders' family as they fight for control of the company. The show was created by Lee Daniels and Danny Strong.

Empire is known for being a sexy and powerful new drama about the head of a music empire whose three sons and wife all battle for his throne. Set to an original soundtrack written and produced by hip-hop hitmaker, Timbaland. The music is above phenomenal and is produced by executive music producer Timbaland. However, there's someone else who's also responsible for the songs that "Jamal, Hakeem, Tiana", and the rest of the cast perform each week and his name is Jim Beanz, Empire's main lyricist, and songwriter.

The show airs on FOX on Wednesday 9/8c . If you don't have access to FOX channel on your network provider, you can still view the show on HULU - Empire or FOXNOW.

My overall verdict of the show is that it is a powerful drama that is satisfying and has you on the edge of your seat throughout the series.
