Turning 18 doesn’t seem all that exciting at first, but then suddenly the presidential election begins and you are introduced to your first real task that comes with "adulting", voting. For many college students like myself this year’s presidential election will be our first time to have a voice in this system we call a government. At first this task seemed exciting and thrilling, but suddenly as the campaigns began and the debates continued, this task became more of a scare than a thrill. How are we supposed to choose a candidate when we don’t feel like there are any good options to begin with? How are we supposed to choose from the best of the worst? This is our first time to have a voice, but with this most of us feel like there is no one worth speaking for. Eventually we will have to settle for a candidate whom we feel will do this extremely significant job in the least destructive way, but for now we are left in a sea of confusion and chaos, similar to the facial expressions made by none other than Hannah Montana.
1. How quickly our excitement turned to disappointment when we saw this election's frontrunners.
2. Our reaction when we found out Trump was serious about running for president this time.
3. How us girls feel when people tell us we should vote for Hillary solely because we are women.
4. When we didn't know whether to be excited or terrified over the fact that Bernie is wanting to rid college tuition.
6. Republicans each time they read that yet another candidate had dropped out of the race.
7. When someone tells you that their only reasoning behind their views is because it's what their parents are not.
8. When you actually learn that most promises made during a campaign won't happen.

10. When your friends try to start a political discussion.
11. When you just can't with the pressure of this election anymore.
