Ed Sheeran is a musical god. He has only released two full albums but has helped co-write and has been featured on many more. His career began in London playing in small coffee shops or bars until he finally got his chance.

His first single was "The A-team" from his album plus. From there his career just soared. He has done a World Tour and is currently making his way back around the world. He has helped write with bands like One Direction, Macklamore, Lupe Fiasco, and many more. What is so great about Ed is he is a lyrical genius, and here are some of his best lyrics"

1. "So honey now take me into your loving arms kiss me under the lights of a thousand starts".-This is from "Thinking Out Loud", one of his singles from his new album x. This is just one line out of a whole poetic song that speaks so much about love.
2. "I don’t get waves of missing you anymore. There more like tsunami tides, in my eyes"- These lyrics come from his song "U.N.I" from his first album plus. "U.N.I" was not a single, but to me it is probably my favorite song from that album. This song is about a deep break-up that is still causing him pain.
3. "You can fit me inside the necklace you got when you were sixteen next to your heartbeat there I should be"- This quote comes from his song "Photograph" which is his latest and last single from his second album x. This song describes being in a long-distance relationship and how he wants her to keep his picture with her anywhere she goes and to remember him.
4. "You just need to breath to feel my heart against yours."-Straight from his song "Wake Me Up" from his first album. He is describing this girl who is absolutely beautiful to him and she has no idea and how he notices every little thing about her when she wakes him up.
5. "All my senses come to life while I’m stumbling home drunk, as I have ever been."-These lyrics are from "One:, which is again on his second album. This song is just describing how there is this only woman in his life and he would do anything to have her but he realizes how he already lost her.
6. "I’m gonna pick up the pieces and build you a Lego house, if things go wrong we can knock it down".-"Lego House" was one of his singles from his first album. The song really just speaks a lot of rebuilding a relationship and working through everything together.
7. "But lately her face seems slowly sinking, wasting crumbling like pastries they scream the worst things in life come free"- "The A-Team" was Ed first single to be released and it is one of his deepest songs. Hitting about a girl whom is really just struggling with everything going on around her and going on within her.
