Summer time is approaching! You know what that means. Here are four easy exercises to get the summer butt you've been wanting!
1. Explosive Lunge
What it works: thighs and lower legs
How to: Lung forward at a 90 degree angle then jump up switch legs and land in a 90 degree lunge. Simple as that!
Note: Repeat for 1 minute.
2. Lateral Sliding Squat
What it works: calves, hamstrings and glutes
How to: Put a towel under your right foot. Then begin to squat with your left leg and slide your right leg out to the side and return back to standing position.
Note: Do this for 1 minute then repeat on the opposite leg.
3. Doggy Leg Lifts
What it works: glutes, legs and total lower body
How to: Start on your knees and hands. Lift leg straight behind you with a pointed foot and lift your leg 15 times then switch legs.
Note: Repeat 2-3 times on each leg.
4. Pulsing Squat
What it works: inner/outer thighs, calves and glutes
How to:Begin in a low squat and do little pulses. Hold for 30 seconds.
Note: Repeat 2-3 times.
