Tinder and Bumble are the hottest dating apps on the market at the moment. And if you really don't know what they are, they're apps where you put a bio and pictures of yourself to see if you can find your future lover (or next hookup?). From my experiences and my friend's experiences, we have a good idea of what kind of profiles we look for on Tinder or Bumble... and which one's we immediately swipe left on. So guys, if you don't seem to be getting a lot of matches, see if you have any of these pictures on your Tinder. It could be the reason.
1. Any picture that's not you
Okay, if you have a blank picture as your profile and then in your bio have something along the lines of "I'm ugly but am looking for a good time," "I don't like to show my face but I'm nice." etc, I'm sorry but that's not going to cut it. The whole point of these dating apps is to post pictures of yourself. It's super sketchy if you do the blank picture... who knows, you could be a 60-year-old man behind that blank picture even though your profile says 21.
2. Holding a fish
Please stop with these. We totally understand if it's a hobby, but it's just not appealing to us seeing you holding a giant fish.
3. Group photos
If every picture on your profile is a group photo... LEFT. How are we supposed to know which one you are?
6. Back shots or no face pictures
I want to see your face... not your back, your abs shot or anything along those lines
7. Getting plastered
We all like to party but when every single picture is you at a bar getting drunk or passed out by the toilet, sorry. That's unattractive.
