Don't Be Mad I Want To Go

Moving on isn't always a bad thing.

1. My Friends

I didn't want to move on without you guys but life has other plans. We went to different schools and drifted apart but don't think I'm not a phone call away when you need me. We will always be best friends and have each other's backs. The years we spent together and the memories we made will forever hold a place in my heart.

2. My Parents

Don't be mad now that I'm gone that I want to go even further. Y'all have taught me what it means to be a strong willed young lady and I won't let y'all down. I love you guys and I love my home but it's time for me to go on my own for awhile. Who knows I'll probably be back.

3. My Home

This place built me into the person I am, I couldn't go somewhere without knowing someone but now it's time for me to go somewhere else, and get to know everything and everyone.

4. My Siblings

Y'all are my rock. I may be mean and hateful but I couldn't imagine my life without y'all. We fought countless times over the years and I couldn't want anything else from my brothers, but the love and bond that came from it all.

5. My Family

Throughout the years I have continuously had y’all to lean on, for support or anything else I need. I can always count on any of y’all to be there when I need you. There have been times that I needed y’all the most and y’all have been there. Its that love that has taught me to truly love and trust someone.

Don't hate me for wanting to go. Don't hate me for moving on. Every piece of my little town will go with me wherever I travel, even my accent that everyone loves to make fun of. The love and support my family has shown me will get me through the next fazes in my life, but I have to do it on my own. The drama from all the high school years will pull me through every little mess up I have somewhere else.

Everything will be with me, but it's my time to show who I can be. The next few years will define me and who I will be come, but I have everyone and everything to thank for giving me the best backbone to lean on as I go.

Thank you to everyone who has ever shown me that I can be whoever I want to be. I couldn't have made it through the past 19 years without y'all.
