There is nothing wrong with wanting to have a little alone time throughout the day, but there are a few times when you've just had too much alone time. Check out these 10 times I've realized I've spent too much time alone that I know you can relate too.
1. You forget how to talk to people.
You know you've spent too much time by yourself when you literally can't talk to another human.
2. You can have a convo with yourself and consider that normal.
I get it, sometimes we talk to ourselves, but when you can do it everyday and not think twice about it...Thats a problem.
3. You go a whole day without notifications blowing up your phone.
You really know you spend too much time alone when all of your friends stop reaching out to you.
4. People don't even ask you to hangout anymore because they know the answer is going to be no.
5. You're now afraid of being social because you're used to being alone.
Sometimes you need to get out and be social, human beings need to interact with each other to stay sane.
6. You're letting personal hygiene go.
If you're going a few days without brushing your teeth or showering, it's time for a reality check.
7. Food has become your best friend.
Put the cookie dough down.
8. The puppy fever is real because you know that getting a dog means you get to stay home more often.
Puppies mean being home 3/4 of the day, trust me, they're a lot of work.
10. You've run out of Netflix shows because you've watched them all.
Netflix has finally stopped asking you if you're still watching because you've watched every show it has to offer including those weird documentaries.
So sometimes, there are some warning signs that you've been spending too much time along. If any of these signs apply to you, I encourage you to put yourself out there and socialize!
