Quarantine has definitely made all of us have to think of very creative ways to cure our boredom. Here are some of the new trends that have surfaced, and there definitely worth trying!

Try Tie Dying

This is something I would definitely try if you’re really bored. It’s a cheap way to make you’re old sweats and tee-shirts really cute. Because tie dying is such a huge trend right now, a lot of of stores are sold out. But there are so many online stores selling supplies to tie dye, like amazon. A way u can tye die without having to buy and dye is tie dying with bleach and it come out really cute.

Dying you’re hair

So many people are dying their hair fun colors during quarantine. One of the most popular ways of dying your hair right now is bleaching the front two pieces of you’re hair and making them a fun color. Also if you’re not ready to commit to a whole new hair color, you can temporarily dye it.

Watching Outer Banks

If you haven’t watch Outer Banks, you need too!! First off the show is very aesthetically pleasing, and you’re bound to fall in love with John B. It’s about a group of teenagers trying to find a hidden treasure and find out what happens to Johns B father who was supposedly lost at see. It is definitely something to binge watch.

Wiped coffee

If you love coffee, you need to try this!! It’s such a fun way to spice up boring old coffee and you can make it at home.

Mirror picture in your backyard

This trend is all over Instagram. Since we’re all stuck at home, there aren’t a lot of ways to take cute pictures for the gram. But this new trend makes a picture taken in you’re back yard very cute. All you need is a mirror and you’re phone!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
