I think most of us can go ahead and agree that Fall is basically perfect. Although this is true, some of us (all of us) tend to go a little crazy when October 1 shows up on our calendar. But I guess some people enjoy practicing their part for Scrooge in the yearly Christmas play a little early and sit out on the fun, while others really like getting into the spirit of Fall. We all know the warm fuzzy feeling. I mean come on now, if you don't take part in the festivities, do you even Fall?
1. Buy a Pumpkin Spice Latte just to Instagram it.
Don't deny it.
2. Go to a pumpkin patch just to take pictures.
They will probably match your theme, and it's a good excuse to make people think you have a social life.
3. Get sick.
It happens to the best of us.
4. Pillsbury Pumpkin Shaped Sugar Cookies. Need I say more?
Can we all just go ahead and agree that these are the one of the best parts of the Halloween season?
5. Purchase as many Fall scented products from Bath & Body Works as possible.
Candles, car fresheners, body wash, candles, and more candles.
6. Start wearing boots and floppy hats even though it's still 80 degrees.
Fall fashion is A1 and there is no denying it. Who cares if you have a bead of sweat coming down your forehead? You look bomb.
7. Take a candle lit bubble bath (with Lush bath bombs) just to post it on your story.
Let's be honest. Snapchat is basically a lifestyle these days. It's simple though, really. All you have to do is post a video of yourself crumbling $7.95 worth of a sparkly pumpkin under running water, and later post a picture of your perfectly positioned legs coming out of the top of the bubbles, surrounded by 12 too many candles.
8. Gather everything burgundy in sight to pull a look together for an OOTD.
Hats, booties, scarves, nail polish, eyeshadow, lipstick... should I keep going?
9. Have to remove your sweaty scarf before curling up with a steamy bowl of chili after a Friday night football game at your town's high school.
As we have already discussed, if you live in the south it is at least 80 degrees in October. But chili is a must-have meal during the fall, although you really feel like you need to be eating gazpacho.
10. Start watching Halloween movies as soon as October 1st rolls around.
Every day. No excuses.
