Dear Planned Parenthood,

You think you're empowering women, but you're actually doing the opposite. You claim to be this great organization that's all about women's health, but that's not your main goal. You've already been exposed for harvesting the organs of aborted babies for a profit. You've already been exposed for marketing abortion as the only option.

If it were up to me, you wouldn't exist. You don't care about providing exams and screenings for women. Your only priority is to make a business based on murder.

Take a second to look at the facts. When Roe v. Wade was decided, we didn't know all of the scientific research that we know now. A baby's heart starts beating as soon as 18 days after conception. That means a living human being has been formed, but according to Planned Parenthood, that's just a "cluster of cells" until the moment the child is born. Just take a look at an ultrasound. You'll see very quickly that an unborn baby is not just a "cluster of cells."

But, of course, Planned Parenthood would never take a moment to consider science. They're too concerned with selling organs and body parts of aborted babies. Obviously, if there are organs involved, it's a living being. But accepting that fact won't help them make money.

You might have Hillary Clinton on your side, calling abortion an "intimate moment." However, there are so many people working towards making the pro-life movement more than a movement. If you've never taken a moment to watch what exactly happens in an abortion, I highly encourage you to do so. Our tax dollars are being spent to make this happen. Our tax dollars are being spent to murder millions of babies every single year. I'm not okay with this.

Abortion is not the only option. If it comes to a situation of rape or unprotected sex in general, you can go to any pharmacy and get the Plan B pill over-the-counter. Within 72 hours, this will prevent a pregnancy from happening.

If you're already pregnant, you don't have to turn to abortion. There are so many people here in the United States alone that would give anything to be able to have children of their own, so they turn to adoption. Don't ever think that abortion is the only way out.

In reality, Planned Parenthood, Hillary Clinton, and the modern feminist movement would have you to believe that it's your RIGHT to be able to go to your local Planned Parenthood location and have an abortion at any time during your pregnancy. It's your CHOICE to do what you want with your body, right?

Just take one second to consider the life you're ending when an abortion occurs. That baby had a future that will never get to happen because you had a right. You wouldn't kill a baby after it's born, so what makes you think it's okay to do the same thing before it's born?

Planned Parenthood, you might think you will be able to continue to make profit off of the lies of the pro-choice movement, but there are so many people out there working to make sure you don't continue to murder these babies every single day.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
