Dear No one,

I know we haven’t ever spoken, but I just wanted to let you know that you are in my thoughts and heart. So I wrote this poem for you.

You have the potential to help me

Whenever I see us together I never felt sad

Going through life without you I feel like I am going through the motions

I love you

I love you for your heart and soul

You are loved by many

I love your creativity and caring personality

You are loved and cared for

I want you to know you will always be in my heart

Whether we are meant to be or not

You are an amazing human being

You could help me when I feel low and you could leave

Just like everyone else does

Yet I will never leave you

You could be with me forever

Whether or not we see one another face to face

Just to know that you have my name in your heart

And my image engraved in your brain

You will and have been in my heart and in my thoughts

You are loved

You are loved by me

I have loved you from afar for years

I see the glow in your eyes

And you glisten in this dark world

I have wanted you for my own

And for you to call me yours

In this moment of all honesty I want you to know many have come into my life

But no one stays

I have wanted you to be my no one

I want you to come be the knight in shining armor that everyone talks about

I don’t need saving

But I do need help

People need people

And they crave one another’s attention and approval

Yet I hadn’t cared until the day I saw you

I am unsure if this feeling deep down is for you or the thought of you

But all I know is that either way I will never know unless I ask

Unless I ask you to be mine and to never leave me

Without you I am alone and afraid

I have finally gotten to the point of my life that I am okay with who I am

But if you were a part of my world I know I would be complete and whole

I have always known if you fix your yin the yang will follow

So will you follow me

Will you be my yang

Will you let me be a part of your beautiful existence

So if you ever read this, please come find me. I hope your life goes well. I am honestly really happy that you have found a path that brings you happiness--I just know that we are on the same path to happiness. You just happen to be in the middle of this path. I hope we can meet someday. I hope we can be one, once again, because I feel deep in my being that we are a true pairing,
