I am beyond thankful for the countless second chances and the endless opportunities that you have given me, even though I am so undeserving.

Dear God, thank you for my life on this earth, however challenging or not. Thank you for giving me free will to love and be loved, to make my own decisions, to learn from my mistakes, to laugh when I am happy, to cry when I am sad.

Thank you for my family, my friends, my colleagues, and for every other living creature I meet along my journey. Thank you for giving me strength to overcome adversity, to do what's right for the benefit of the greater good, to rise above negativity. Thank you for giving me hope for an end to world suffering and pain. Thank you for a beginning of a world filled with light and everlasting love.

Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:18

I have many blessings that I too often take for granted. I thank you for these and for the many people you have chosen to be with me on life's journey. I thank you too for the things in life that you have provided as challenges and trials for me to overcome. I thank you for good health, both physical and mental, and I pray that you will continue to bless me. I'm not going to wait until the journey gets easier or the challenges are removed, I'm thanking you right now. I'm thanking you because I'm alive and I'm healthy.

I'm thanking you because I made it through the today’s difficulties. I'm thanking you because I have walked around the obstacles. I am thanking you because I have the ability and the opportunity to do more and do better. I’m thanking you because, YOU haven’t given up on me. I thank you most of all for your unconditional and eternal love. Amen.
