Aries are known for amazing qualities like being bold, optimistic, energetic, charismatic, and adventurous. Amongst these awesome qualities there are some that are not so amazing like being too harsh at times, coming off as too confrontational, being pushy, and pretty much wanting to control every situation.

As a fellow female Aries, I know that my personality can be very fun when mixed with the right people, but it can also be a lot to handle.

So what is it really like to date a female Aries?

1. She will make you try new things.

I'd say the best part about dating an Aries is that we aren't scared of new experiences, at times to a fault. What this also means is that if you aren't adventurous, don't even bother.

2. She's fine with wearing the pants in the relationship.

Aries are completely okay with always leading. Actually, we prefer it. So don't be surprised if you find yourself wondering why she makes all the decisions. Just go with it.

3. You can always count on her to cheer you up.

Aries are the best at giving a pep talk and motivating people. In fact, these signs are some of the best motivational speakers of the zodiac.

4. She is a hard worker.

She can be a workaholic. Career success is extremely important to these zodiac signs, while being an extreme romantic, she will put work above love. This girl knows what she wants and is not scared to go after it. You might find yourself in a position where it seems like she is pursuing you.

5. She can be bossy.

Aries might have a hard time compromising and at times are very inconsiderate, but this is not always intentional. Because this sign is so fiercely independent and stubborn, they might make plans without much consideration for others. However, if you gently remind them that not everybody wants to dance to their beats, they will back off.

6. There will be conflict.

It is pretty much impossible to avoid conflict with an Aries, mostly because they are so confrontational and are not afraid to communicate. You pretty much never have to worry about communication issues while dating a fellow Aries because they will tell you how it is.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
