For anyone in a relationship or an aspiring one, this time of year can be the BEST time for cute dates. Here is my list of the best date ideas for this holiday season.


1. Make a gingerbread house

This could get rather messy but, it could also leave you with some cute results.


2. Have a movie night

Freeform's Christmas marathon for the month is a must.


3. Go ice skating

What a perfect way to hold hands and have someone catch you when you fall.


4. Go for a carriage ride

This one is on my bucket list.



5. Build a snowman

It might be a little chilly, but it could be followed by a snowball fight?


6. Drive around and find the homes with the best lights

This is very simple but can be very romantic


7. Go see a show

There are numerous things going on around the holidays ( like the nutcracker) but you can get all dressed up and have a night out.


8. Make homemade ornaments

This might be a little too crafty, but it would create good memories.


9. Decorate a Christmas tree

Put on Christmas music and get in the spirit.


10. Have a cookie decorating competition

No matter how creative you are, everyone loves a competition.


11. $10 for 10 minutes

Go to the mall and each person has $10 and has 10 minutes to find the perfect gift for the other person.


12. Volunteer together

Nothing with help create a bond or bring you together more than doing something nice for other people.


13. Go sledding

Everyone has a hill nearby, and nothing brings out your inner child more.


14. Walk in a winter wonderland

Go for a pretty walk in a state park and take in all the scenery.


15. Slow dance in the snow

Create your own memories. Find your own spot and turn on some music and create your own party.


16. Go to a hockey game

If your man is a fan then this is the best thing to do before the season is over.


17. Hot Chocolate adventure

Go to 5 local coffee shops and find out which one has the best hot chocolate.


18. Ugly Christmas sweater shopping

Go to a thrift store and see who can find the best ugly Christmas sweater.


19. Cook a meal together

This can be done all year around, but it is still a romantic thing to do.


20. Do a winter photoshoot

What would be more romantic than having your pict
