Sometimes all you need to do is yell and that is totally ok. Yelling always helps me clear my mind, it's like off of the built up emotions have transformed into energy. So when you yell the energy is used and you feel so relieved! I'm just saying that if you're having a bad day or don't know what's going on anymore, find your bff and talk to them. Clear your thoughts and start anew! You don't know your destiny or your plan yet but He does! He's got your life by the reigns and is guiding you in the direction you need! So if something fails, know that it's ok and He has got you! It is in the good will that whatever happens, happens!
