1. Calculating the amount of sleep you can get if you watch one more episode.
Doing this to remind yourself that the next day will be the worst if you don't get sleep.
2. Telling friends you cannot hang out because you have to watch more episodes.
Sometimes the only friends you want to hang out with are the characters off of the series you love.
3. Watching while working out in order to get your mind off of how much you hate working out.
Honestly it is the best way to work out, two birds with one stone.
4. Crying over an engagement that happened on the television series you are watching.
We all have gotten overly attached and felt a part of the big moments that the characters go through.
5. Incorporating all the funny one-liners into your daily life.
Who doesn’t want to sound super funny and witty in front of their friends like the characters do.
6. Deciding which character is more like you and your friends.
As I begin to watch a show, I love deciding which character has a personality similar to mine, like Monica from "Friends" would be me since I love cleaning and love for my stuff to be in order.
7. Wanting those two characters to be together more than anything.
Of course there are always those two characters that everyone is rooting for and it always takes the entire series for them to realize it.
8. Actually crying because someone ruined what was going to happen before you got to it.
This is my biggest pet peeve; why ruin a show for someone? Do you really want to crush their heart and soul? Just don’t do it.
9. Constantly explaining to your parents why you just want to stay in and watch Netflix.
Sorry Mom and Dad, this Netflix show cannot wait and I need to find out what happened. I don't need a social life, I have my friends here.
10. Skipping the theme song because it wastes precious time in order to watch more episodes.
After watching the first season of a series there needs to be an option that removes the theme song, I actually did not forget what show I was watching and I would love to watch as many shows as I can today.
Hopefully these confessions do not make me too much of an addict and someone out there could relate. And if you do relate, you are definitely not alone.
