Hello, my fellow college students. I think it is safe to assume that most of you have seen at least one episode of "Friends." Or, if you are anything like me, you have seen every episode at least 76 times. So, here I will tell the story of many college experiences using simply "Friends" gifs.

When you ask you best friend to help you study.

When the cafeteria has chicken nuggets.

When you are found guilty of wearing the same pair of sweatpants for 3 days in a row.

When you realize you just took a 5-hour nap the night before a test.

When the test is nothing like the study guide.

When you have to take a science class.

When you drop a class because you and the professor just don't mix well.

When you don't start your essay till 3 a.m. the night before it's due.

When you spend more than $5 on food, the 5-second rule always applies.

When you can't dance but you don't want people to think you're not having fun.

When you remember you're actually a fantastic dancer.

Every Sunday night when you realize your weekend is over.

When you're assigned over 50 pages in one night.

When your roommates blame you for eating all the food.

When you get an A on a test you didn't study for.

When you see someone cute at a party.

When you see your friend talking to their crush.

When you finally see your friend after a long break (or maybe just a day you went without seeing them).

"Let's go to the gym."

When your friends have obligations and leave you by yourself.

When you have to go to lunch by yourself.

And, I think we can all admit that we've gone a little crazy at least once or twice.

However, that's OK. Because in the end, it's the crazy that keeps us going. Embrace it. Keep up the good work, friends.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
