College is awesome. "The Office" is awesome. And so is "The Office Stare Machine," a website created by coder Joe Sabia that allows you to type any emotion into the search bar, and get the perfect clip from "he Office" to describe that emotion. So, obviously, it's the best way to describe what the beginning of your college experience is going to be like, or was like, in the most honest and hilarious way possible. Here are eleven parts of your first week of college, as described by "The Office Stare Machine."
1. When somebody invites you to your first “cool college event”
2. When your teachers just start dropping f bombs all over the place because you’re all adults
3. When you realize you’ve met your new best friend
4. When you remember you have to figure out your entire life pretty soon
5. When you have to figure out who to sit with in the dining hall for the first time
6. When you go to the activities fair and want to sign up for every single strange activity
7. When you suddenly realize there’s no way you can do everything
8. So you give up and decide to just eat everything instead
9. When you realize you’ve never needed a nap more in your entire life
10. When you just have all this freedom and no idea what to do with it
11. And finally, when you start to realize that you’re going to make it here
