Now that the Powerball winnings have skyrocketed to $1.3 billion with no winners in the past few weeks, America has been struck with Powerball fever. Below are the eight things every college student would do with a billion dollars.
1. Pay off the thousands of dollars they owe for classes.
This one seems pretty obvious for every college student, but I'm pretty sure it's the first thing all of us would do. No college debt equals no stress.
2. Drop out of college.
Make that no college, no stress. You have a billion dollars! A degree seems a bit pointless, now.
3. Buy a lot of ramen. And then remember that you can afford something other than ramen.
It's just, old habits die hard, you know? Now you can finally buy brand name cereal without adding up how much more your grocery bill will cost in your head.
4. Pay off someone else's college loans.
We're all in this together, fam. We were in that library crying once, too.
5. Buy the library on campus. And fill it with puppies and cotton candy.
So maybe not every college student would do this, but c'mon man. You have a billion dollars. Share the love.
6. Buy a few cars and a few houses.
Because what else are you going to do with so much time and money on your hands?
7. Buy more puppies. But just for yourself.
It's just, what's the point of winning a billion dollars if you don't buy at least 10,000 dogs?
8. End up back in college because you spent all your money on houses and puppies.
Full circle. But really, what better way to spend the last few years of your dwindling youth than being a normal college student? Who just happens to have a billion dollars.
