Experiencing night life in your college town makes for some of the most incredible memories you will have throughout your time as an undergrad. When doing your college visit, it is the part the ambassadors do not go into much detail about. However, once you turn 21, these are the places you need to make sure and see.
Bear's Den Pizza
L-I-T. Exactly what Bear's Den Pizza is. It’s like a right of passage for college students here in Conway, Arkansas. Doubling as a restaurant and music venue specializing in the best pizza and live entertainment in town, it offers cool theme nights such as live music, karaoke, trivia, scavenger hunts and DJ dance nights -- you are bound to have a good time. “Thirsty Thursday” is a great time to get loose and bust a move on the dance floor. It does not just stop inside either, venture outside and you will find pool, beer pong and a giant wooden Jenga game. Being one of the prominent places to have your first legal drink at, a lot of memories are made and forgotten here.
Kings Live Music
Providing a plethora of live entertainment features, Kings allows for the Conway community to showcase its talents. Being one of the few music venues in a town where three colleges are housed, many local bands and singers like to perform and provide a good time for others. With a lounge upstairs, there’s room to get away from the crowd down below and have more intimate conversations. Available for renting out part of the building annex, Kings doubles as a great place for private booking for parties and special events.
The Draft Ultimate Sports Grill

Captivating the hearts of sports fans in the city, The Draft is a great place to go watch the game and have a good time with “the boys." With wide television screens lining the walls and a bar fully loaded, the restaurant creates the perfect atmosphere of yelling and cheering on your favorite team during March Madness. Great for a “Girls Night Out” with the ladies, too, the drink menu gives you a variety from casually tipsy to not walking for a hot minute. In the winter, venture outside to the gated patio where there is another bar and a fire pit for warmth.
Los Tres
Up-and-coming in the area, Los Tres has made a name for itself with the younger millennials. Being a great go-to place for affordable food, it also gives entertainment while enjoying a nice cold drink. The energy in the place is contagious and is unlike any other venue in the city. You are sure to have a good time making memories over lyrics you will not recall the next day.
Wherever you go, it’s nice to feel like a part of the college as well as the city as a whole. The college town you choose to attend can potentially become your home after you graduate. Feeling nice in the city is always appreciated and having some place to let go and be yourself is the icing on top!
