College is an interesting experience, and there are many ups and downs that come along with the experience. There are many emotions that you feel while being in college, and what better way to explain these emotions than with Tyra Banks GIFs?

1. You realize that you finally get to be on your own:

Sure, you don't know anything about paying bills (or anything really), you are just excited to finally be on your own. You know that college will be the best four years of your life, and you can't wait to start the journey.

2. When you move in to your dorm, you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want:

Cereal for dinner? Heck yes. Ice cream for breakfast? Always. It's great being able to do what you want.

3. When you realize you can stay out as late as you want:

In reality, you might only do this a couple of times and then stay in and watch Netflix the rest of the year. But still, you could if you wanted to.

4. When you are caught falling asleep in class:

Who knew that there was so little time to study, have a social life, and be involved during college? You try to balance all of this, and try to still get some sleep in between.

5. When you have a writing assignment you don't understand:

You will be forever thankful for tutors, writing centers, and helpful friends who can get you through tough assignments.

6. When you go to your first college football game:

There is nothing you love more than rooting for your favorite team with all of your friends.

7. When your professor doesn't curve your test:

You always have a false expectation that every test you take will be curved, and when it doesn't, you feel defeated.

8. When it's finals week:

You are a mess of sleepless and caffeinated sorrow, and you would do anything for a nap. Finals week is stressful, but it is only a week. You can always get through it.

9. When your professor bumps your grade up from a B to an A:

You knew that attending every class would be worth it, and now it is. You proved yourself worthy of a curved grade, and nothing could get better than this.

10. When it's finally summer:

You love school, but it's nice to get a break from everything. It's a weird mix of emotions of missing your friends, but being happy that it's finally summertime. You can't wait to get back to school next semester.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
