The days are getting cooler and the coffee we (typically) drink is getting warmer. At least that's usually how is goes this time of year. All you have to do is place your order 24 hours in advance and the rest is magical! I know this won't mean much to you if you're not a coffee addict/ nerd but the brew method is seriously amazing. Typically Cold Brew is made in a contraption called a Toddy (see below).
Cold Bloom doesn't brew with a Toddy. Oh no. They brew with Yama Towers (see below) which look freaking cool, by the way.
Long story short that just means that they brew their coffee using a drip method, which allows the brighter fruity or floral flavors to shine through instead of a full immersion method which allows for a more roasty flavor profile.
