If you're a college student and don't drink coffee you're either lying or insane. After all, according to studies, caffeine is the most widely used drug in the world. Coffee is your savior when you decide to pull an all-nighter studying for that important test you "forgot" about or writing that paper that you decided to put off until the last minute. It's always there to pick you up, even when you start having mood swings because you only got three hours of sleep last night. The type of coffee you reach for to help bring you back to life tells a lot about who you are.

For all my black coffee drinkers out there, you don't mess around. You're straight forward and like to keep thinks simple and efficient. Some people might be a little scared of you because of your sharp taste, but you don't really care what they think.

Latte lovers are generally people persons. They're often eager to help you and comfort you, like the way they need sugar to soften the bitterness of coffee. However, they're often indecisive and can tend to be a little bit neurotic about relationships. They like to have variety in life and what allows that more than having hundreds of latte flavors to choose from?

If you drink espresso you're a true leader. You're practical and hardworking and like to get straight to business. You think quickly, which is why you like the highly concentrated caffeine in those little mini coffee mugs.

You drink iced coffee when it's the middle of the summer heat wave, but also when it's below freezing and snow is falling. You clearly don't let seasons dictate how you live your life, so why should anyone else? You're outspoken, confident, and sometimes assertive. You also like straws and chewing on ice.

You'll most likely spot a cappuccino drinker in their prime hangout spot, sitting in some trendy hipster coffee shop. They're creative, imaginative and highly motivated. They make great friends if they don't get bored of you, but sometimes you'll have to remind them to come back to Earth and wipe the foam off of their lip.

Frappuccino drinkers are always happy-go-lucky and friendly. Their energy and excitement about life probably come from the fact that they're still children at heart. They claim they love coffee, even though they're really just drinking ice cream.

Last but not least, well actually maybe least, is instant coffee. If this is you, congratulations, you are the epitome of a college student. You're laid back and carefree. While sometimes (most of the time) people contribute this to being lazy, you're just going with the flow. That paper due tomorrow? Yeah, you know about it and you'll start it later.
