Do You Take This Coffee To Have And To Hold?

Dear Coffee,

Let me start off by saying thank you for always being there for me. Early mornings, or late nights, you're always there to keep my head up. We haven't been together very long but we became very well acquainted freshman year of college.

You were there for me through last minute papers I had to write, early morning classes and whenever I just wanted to chat with a friend. I think it's safe to say that with you I am the best version of myself, and without you I am a horrible monster.

Another thing I love about you is how versatile you are! You can be chill, hot, sweet or bitter. I love all the flavors of your personality.

Sometimes you can be a real pain in the gut, but I just can't say no to you and this jittery feeling you give me.

I don't know if you feel the same about me, but I love you coffee. Please don't ever leave my life because I honestly don't think I could function without you.

Coffee, I take you to have and hold forever. I honestly brew.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.
