1. You're a mean one, Mr. Trump (Grinch Parody)

This parody was created by the YouTube Channel CollegeHumor. It is a funny one, especially since the presidential election took place right before the holiday season. In this video, they poke and tease at Trump's policies and personality. They do throw in a few extreme words, but overall it was a particularly true representation of our President-elect. CollegeHumor is known for their charming skits and occasional music videos, but they really hit a home run with this one! Whether you were "With Her" or wanted to "Make America Great Again", you have to agree that this was quite a funny video.

2. "Baby It's Cold Outside" Parody - Crazy Girl Edition

This is another one for a good laugh. Some of us have been there with the morning after disaster and this just puts the situation in the Christmas Spirit! This video was made by Holiday K. via YouTube. The singing maybe wasn't top-par in this video, but the acting was very funny. Both parts were played convincingly and I'm sure many can relate to the storyline of this video Though she doesn't post much anymore, she really hit the nail with this classic twist.

3. Christmas Parody ft Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Drake, The Weekend, Nikki Minaj

This video by Screen Team takes popular pop songs and changes the lyrics to fit a Christmas theme. One of my favorites in this video is the parody of "Hotline Bling" by Drake. It's hilarious and the lyrics are brilliantly crafted to fit the tune perfectly! I'll definitely be playing this one for my little cousin who brought home one too many Cs this year. They truly made these songs into funny little treats for the holiday season.

4. Ugly Christmas Sweater

The ugly Christmas sweater has always been one of my favorite parts of the holiday season, let alone making it the theme of one of my favorite songs! This song was created by Kate Wilson and song guests known as Chrissa Sparkles and Michelle Glavan. These three girls sing beautifully and really made me smile while watching their videos. I'll be sure to keep this song in mind when I show up to the Christmas parties, rocking my light-up ugly sweater and my jingle bell ears!

5. Progressive Christmas Carols

This masterpiece, my top Christmas song parody, is by the YouTuber, Paint. He has always made such amazing songs and this is just the icing on the cake. This song is more about modernist thinking put into the tunes of classic carols. He handles these songs brilliantly and his voice makes the songs so enjoyable to hear! My favorite one of these will always be "O Holy Night", he took a beautiful song and just made it hilarious to hear, while still being beautiful!
