Goodbye, Summer

Summer is almost over and back to school is around the corner. Summer had its ups and downs but of course it was amazing. I'm just saying goodbye to summer.

Back to school is here. Fall weather, class schedules, moving in, and saying goodbye. The summer heat slowly flies away and all we are left with is memories of our time off.

Back to work. Back to school. Back to real life. Our fantasy summer is over and we have to go back and say goodbye. Goodbye to our friends who move away, goodbye to the summer heat that made out day, and goodbye to our free time and summer days.

Summer of 2016 was interesting. So this is goodbye. Goodbye to everything we once had and hello to school and work again.

Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
