It is no news that Donald Trump goes above and beyond when exercising his First Amendment right of Freedom of Speech, but as the 2016 Republican presidential candidate moves forward in the polls so does his non-existent filter when it comes to putting down women.

Trump has been insulting women for decades, and here is a brief look at what he's actually said about women.

In an interview with "Esquire," in 1991 Trump said, "You know, it doesn't really matter what [the media] write as long as you've got a young and beautiful piece of ass."

From "How To Get Rich," in 2004, he writes, "It's certainly not groundbreaking news that the early victories by the women on "The Apprentice" were, to a very large extent, dependent on their sexual appeal."

In his 2006 book "Trump 101: The Way to Success," Trump thinks that women are essentially aesthetically pleasing objects and wrote, "Beauty and elegance, whether in a women, a building, or a work of art, is not just superficial or something pretty to see."

Also in 2006, in a feud involving Miss USA, he called Rosie O'Donnell an "animal," an "extremely unattractive person," and a "slob."

He called a breastfeeding mother disgusting. In 2011 attorney Elizabeth Beck who was facing Trump asked for a break to pump breastmilk for her infant daughter. Beck told CNN, "He got up, his face got red, he shook his finger at me, and he screamed, 'You're disgusting, you're disgusting,' and he ran out of there."

He insulted former Playboy Playmate Brande Roderick in 2013, a contestant on "The Apprentice" when he told her, "It must be a pretty picture, you dropping to your knees."

Trump tweeted in 2012 that Arianna Huffington the co-founder and editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post "is unattractive both inside and out. I fully understand why her former husband left her for a man—he made a good decision."

In a clip featured on "Last Week Tonight" in 2014, host John Oliver discusses Trump at the 4.41 minute mark. Trump said to a female reporter "I mean, we could say politically correct that look doesn't matter, but the look obviously matters, like you wouldn't have your job if you weren't beautiful. " Let me paraphrase, he's basically saying that a women must be hot in order to be a journalist.

Back in April, in a since-deleted tweet, he put down his Democratic presidential candidate opponent Hilary Clinton saying, "If Hilary Clinton can't satisfy her husband what makes her think she can satisfy America?"

And now he's attacking Fox News host and debate moderator, Megyn Kelly. Trump talked with CNN's Don Lemon on Friday in which he said about Kelly, "You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever."

The Cambridge English Dictionary defines the term chauvinist pig as, "a man who believes that women are naturally less important, intelligent, or able than men, and so does not treat men and women equally."

In my opinion, the definition and the label are both completely suitable for Mr. Trump.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
