Transform That Body with These Cool Tricks

Let's be honest, being fat isn't exactly the ideal body state to be in. Not only are you hard to look at, but even your body movement becomes generally difficult, and climbing a fifteen-step flight of stairs could be equated to a hike in the mountains of Tibet. Sometimes, even being mildly fat lowers your self-esteem significantly. Your body limits your wardrobe options, your freedom to go to the beach and even if you manage to muster up the courage to wear a swimsuit, you certainly won't attract any stares.

Luckily, being obese is not a permanent condition, and although you can't lose thirty pounds in one night, you could try these neat tricks to help you transform your body in a short time.

1. Stay Away from Sugary and processed Foods with High Salt Content

The phrase "miss me with them potato chips", should become a norm for you if you are serious about shedding a couple of pounds. These foods contain a lot of calories that will translate to you adding weight and not looking your best. Furthermore, the high sodium content in these processed foods leaves you bloated and makes your tummy look more prominent.

Apart from processed food, sugary food should be avoided like the plague. Sweet stuff like candy, cookies and ice cream contain calories by the boatload. These calories are commonly referred to as 'empty calories' since they lack any nutritive values, only providing your body with excess energy which will be stored as fat. It may be challenging to get your hands off these delicious delicacies but please do it for the summer body.

2. Avoid Soda and Alcohol

Before you close this page listen first. Alcohol and soda are okay in moderation, but if you're seriously committed to losing weight fast, then your favorite beverages will have to take a back seat. Sodas and alcohol are loaded with calories that won't help in your weight loss journey. Moreover, the carbonation of soda and other alcoholic beverages will lead to a false feeling of fullness which may cause you to overeat later in the day.

Beers and keg are notorious for increasing belly fat, especially among males. If you want that chiselled six-pack, then you may want to lay down the bottle for a while.

3. Try Cardio and Exercise with Weights

It's a no-brainer, you have to exercise to burn calories to lose weight. Weight is only lost when your body achieves a calorie deficit, meaning you have to burn more calories than you consume in a day to see actual results. According to BodyTransformationCoach.com, cardio is a fantastic way to burn calories and keep fit but adding weights to the equation will result in a lean and toned body that most people would die for. The site also stresses the importance of combining diet and exercise for optimum results.

4. Get Enough Sleep

Studies reveal that people who tend to sleep for less than seven hours a night tend to gain more weight progressively over a long time. With that in mind, it is crucial to prioritize your sleep so that you achieve a minimum of seven hours as recommended by experts. Early sleep will also minimize your chances of getting a midnight snack or going out to eat late at night and lastly, who doesn't like sleep.

These four easy tricks will set you on the right path in terms of body transformation. If you want, you could throw in a bit of detox juice to your fitness plan, maybe even supplement your exercising with a foolproof diet plan from online. Just make sure you have self-discipline; otherwise, these tricks won't work.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
