Dear Big,
Thank you for stepping in and taking me under your wing as a little. I know I can always go to you with anything, and that you'll never judge me for crying while eating 20 chicken nuggets. I've realized a lot during my big/little experiences, and I can't thank you enough for giving me the big/little relationship you see in movies.
Everyone told me a big is supposed to be your mentor and your protector. You have become both in such a short amount of time. I knew you were supposed to be my big the day we saw Randy Rogers, and we discussed going to Electric Cowboy.
Thank you for loving all the things I love. I love seeing something and immediately thinking “I need to text my big and tell her!”. Like when I heard Aaron Watson was coming to Denton, I knew I had to text you, but of course, you already knew. Because you’re awesome and you love country music just as much as I do. It's really great having a big with the same interests as you. Remember when we went to the Country Western Dance Club, and you had to be my partner? Thanks for being the guy and letting me spin around.
Thank you for adopting me. I love you and our Zeta family so much. You've given me a family that I know I can count on, and I know I'll never be alone. You becoming my big has been one of the greatest things to happen while being a part of Zeta. I don't know what I did to deserve such a great big, but I must be doing something right. Thank you for being just as awkward as I am, and making weird faces when someone says something we think is odd. Not like an “ew make them stop” face, but more of a scrunched up triple chin face. Thank you for cheering me on during flag football, it was easy to tell who was yelling “go little”.
I cannot thank you enough for taking over the role as my big, and I'm so blessed that you did. You’re one of a kind, biggie. I can’t wait to get a little because I now know how to be the best big possible.
Love you always,
Little
