How Big Is Your God?
Sydney Roudabush

If you are anything like me, you have hit the point in the semester where you are drained. Your motivation is harder to find, you seem to need more naps in the day, and you are easily discouraged. Your daily struggles seem to consume your mind and you are left overwhelmed with everything you need to do. You feel lost and not quite for sure how you will make it through! I challenge you to ask yourself one simple question: How Big Is Your God? Are you letting God consume every part of your day or are you keeping him in a little box? God wants to fill you with so much joy, strength, and peace that only he can provide, but we have to let him do it. God is so big that he can help you through any struggle you are facing, change the hardest of hearts, or fix any situation that seems unfixable. God desires to be your everything and be your delight.

So, how big is your God? Do you trust him in every aspect of your life? Are you walking by faith on a daily basis knowing that God has already got it already figured out? I know it sounds scary, but when we let God be big in our life he will do big things.

So as you finish out the last few weeks of this semester, press into God and his overflowing love for you, knowing that he will not let you fall. God is for you, not against you and he will be as big in your life, as you let him...he's waiting with open arms!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
