Trust in the lord with all of your heart and lean not unto your own understanding; in all of yours ways submit to him and he will direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6.
School can be a very stressful time. It is very common for students to feel anxious when going back to school for many reasons. There is pressure to succeed in classes and to figure out how to navigate everything. However, we can rest in the fact that as long as we trust in God we will know that everything will happen for a reason. If we acknowledge him and submit to him he will guide us in our words and in our actions. It is the best reassurance anyone could have.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
If you are being faced with a difficult situation remember that you can turn to God to ask for help. If God says no then that means he has something better for you or he is protecting you. You can always go to God with a thankful heart and know that God hears you. If you ask God will protect your thoughts and feelings from worldly destruction.
Peach I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:27
God is saying that we will never find true and satisfying peace out in the real world. The only way we can acquire unwavering peace is through God. Peace of this world is the absence of conflict. However, Godly peace is being able to find contentment in the midst of chaos.
The lord is for me, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me? Psalm 118:16
Is God is for you then no one can stand against you. Why fear your teachers or peers when they cannot do anything to your soul. Of course you must respect authority and peers but God is saying to not let intimidation rule your life.
And my God will meet all of your needs according to the riches of his glory in Jesus Christ. Philippians 4:19
God can provide all that you need. You do not need to worry about being good enough or having items. God will provide because he knows what you need even when you do not.
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the lord and not men. Colossians 3:23
Whatever you do give 110 percent. Do not work for your own glory or to impress man, but rather to give God all of the glory. God wants us all to work hard and to always give it our all. He wants us to never give up even it if means asking for help.
