All Hail Queen Bey. It was the performance heard around the world for two weekends. After her epic performance, Coachella can now be known as Bey-Chella.

Beyoncé is one of the greatest entertainers we have today. A living legend who is in a playing field of her own. As a veteran entertainer with 20+ years in the entertainment industry, it’s incredible that she’s continuously changing the game and leaving her mark on the world.

These 10 times proved Beyonce is the queen.

1. First Woman To Headline Coachella.

As the first woman headliner of the music festival, Beyonce left nothing to chance and gave a performance that will be talked about for years to come. From a Destiny's Child reunion to a timeline through all of her hits, Beyonce took fans on a ride they'll never forget. If you weren't a Beyonce fan, I'm sure you are now.

2. 2nd Woman With The Most Grammy's.

With an astounding 22 grammy wins at the ripe age of 36 Beyonce has proven that hard work and dedication pays off. Starting her music career at 16, Beyonce has been in the industry over 20 years and is just getting started.

3. Lemonade Album.

For months people waited around with anticipation for when Beyoncé would produce a new album. When would we hear from Beyoncé again? In the middle of the night it happened. Not only did she drop an entire album but an entire visual album. ICONIC!

4. On The Run Tour.

Whether you’re a part of the Bee-Hive or not you can appreciate a quality performance from Beyoncé when you see one. For months with no activity from the queen fans begin to speculate when she'd be launching a world tour. Then the trailer dropped and history was made.

5. VMA's Pregnancy Announcement.

It was the belly rub that broke the internet. During her August 28, 2011, Video Music Awards performance of Love On Top, Queen Bey revealed there would a new little addition to the Carter family.

6. Iconic Dreamgirls Role.

Often said to be the role she prepared for all her life, Beyonce took on the challenge of playing Deena in Dreamgirls. From this the iconic song, Listen was born.

7. Showing True Friendship Can Stand The Test of Time.

From children to teenagers to bosses. Kelly, Michelle and Beyonce exhibit that true friendship can stand the test of time. The true definition of #BlackGirlMagic.

8. Serenading Barack and Michelle Obama at The Inauguration Ball.

Taking a note from Etta James, she serenaded the then President and First-Lady Barack and Michelle Obama on their first dance at their inaugural ball. A moment that will last forever.

9. The Time She's Showed True Love Always Wins.

16 years of love. Meeting now husband Jay-Z at the young age of 20. These two show that true love is alive and well. Though their union hasn't been marked by a trying time or two, one things remains constant when it comes to them. This power couple isn't going anywhere.

10. Parkwood Entertainment.

Wanting to gain control of her image once she became her own manager, Parkwood Entertainment was born. Responsible for all things Beyonce, there's nothing that she doesn't control. A true queen.

Queen Bey is so fitting for a woman who defies the odds and plays by own rules. We see you, Bey! We see you!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
