As it's getting to be time for finals and last minute projects, the late night munchies kick in, and pretty much anything can be a snack. However, all snacks are not created equal. So as you're walking through Wal-Mart or rummaging through your room, keep these snacks in mind because a happy tummy, is a happy brain.
1. Peanut butter
God's gift to humanity. Eat it alone, with fruit or with Oreos, but whatever you do, eat it.
2. Cereal
If you need to stop for a few seconds and think, this is the snack for you. With a multitude of flavors and tastes, you literally can't go wrong.
3. Apple
Delicious, healthy, and for some reason, I just feel smarter eating them.
4. Oatmeal
Comfort food that doubles as breakfast food and can be mixed with any and all of the food listed above. I vote yes to late night snacking.
5. Coffee
I know it's not a food (technically), but if you don't have coffee nearby while you're trying to study then honestly what are you doing with your life.
