It’s no secret. I love food in all forms, no matter what the type—Chinese, Thai, Italian, you name it, I love it. And with moving to a new location, you can be sure that I have made my way around the city searching for my new go-to restaurants. So, if you’re from the Bethlehem area or just find yourself passing through, be sure to stop at these locations. You won’t be sorry.
1. Mama Nina’s
This is definitely one of my favorite Italian places I’ve been to. Fresh, homemade food and large portion sizes at reasonable prices are definitely to thank for having this restaurant as one of my top to-go’s in the area. Also a plus is its ideal location on the main street of historic downtown Bethlehem. You cannot go wrong with any choice here.
2. Touch Thai
This place has restored my love for Thai food. Despite my previous bad experiences from other Thai restaurants, I opted to give it another go and boy am I glad that I did. My personal favorites are the crab fried rice and also the drunken noodle, but definitely consider the other menu options here!
3. Blue Sky Café
Hands down favorite breakfast spot. With awesome staff, incredible food choices, and not your typical breakfast/lunch music choice (usually rock) this place is pretty much untouchable in my opinion. I have had many things on the menu and have not been disappointed once.

4. McCarthy’s Tea Room
This is the place to go if you love tea and Irish food. With tons of tea options to choose from and amazing food options (especially if you love potatoes!) you can’t go wrong with this option.
5. The Bookstore Speakeasy
If you are an old soul or just love the 1920’s/30’s, you 100% need to come here. This was by far one of the coolest restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The staff dresses up in appropriate period-clothing and there is a live jazz band that plays, not to mention amazing drink and food options.
