1. "Take Me Home, Country Roads" by John Denver

I have had this song stuck in my head for the past week, and I'm still not sick of it. I'm pretty sure everyone knows it.

2. "Livin' on a Prayer" by Bon Jovi

Bon Jovi has written some classics! Songs like this will never get old.

3. "Riders on the Storm" by The Doors

This song is really good! I love to listen to it when I work out.

4. "Stayin' Alive" by The Bee Gees

I love this song, it really pumps me up and keeps me going through hard times.

5. "Let it Be" by The Beatles 

This song is actually very inspiring, besides being a bop written by one of the best bands ever.

6. "Mama Mia" by ABBA

ABBA is amazing! "Mama Mia" will ALWAYS put you in a good mood.

7. "Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple

I definitely recommend giving this song a listen, it is a great one for when you need inspiration.

8. "Piano Man" by Billy Joel

Billy Joel is a musical genius and really knows how to write a timeless song.

9. "Rocket Man" by Elton John

Elton John has the voice of an angel! I love every one of his songs, this song included.

10. "We Are The Champions" by Queen

This song is the best! Nothing gets me swaying and singing at the top of my lungs like this.

11. "September" by Earth, Wind & Fire

Pretty much everyone knows this song, but it never gets old. It's a great dancing song.

12. "Sultans of Swing" by Dire Straits

This song is not that well-known, but it really is amazing. I love listening to it on long car rides.

13. "Black Betty" by Ram Jam

I love listening to this song when I am going for a run or working out. It really pumps me up and gives me a boost of energy.

14. "Ain't No Sunshine" by Bill Withers

This song is such a classic, basically everyone knows it, but listening to it is always a good idea.

15. "Hold the Line" by Toto

Everyone knows Toto for their best known song, "Africa," but this song is also amazing.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated.
