As a person who is really behind on the times, I've only just recently gotten Netflix. (However, I was using my cousin's my whole first year of college!) Since getting my own, my binge watching of TV shows has only gotten worse and I've found the most heartbreaking thing --discovering cancelled TV shows. So I've compiled a list of the top best cancelled TV shows that are on Netflix.
1. "Friday Night Lights"
"One Tree Hill" may be my favorite TV show, but FNL is a real close second. As a person who dislikes sports, I will tell you: watch this show even if you don't like football. It's so real and honest and genuinely great. It got cancelled after five seasons, but the series finale wrapped it up pretty nicely.
2. "The Borgias"
I watched this show for the entirety it was on Showtime and was heartbroken when it got cancelled. It tells the tale of The Borgia family, Pope Alexander's rise to power in the 1400s, his children, and what power can do to you. This show also had a great series finale, but it really should have gone on.
3. "Freaks and Geeks"
"Freaks and Geeks" might make just about every list, but it really was that good. It tells the tale of Lindsay Weir (in the freaks group) and her younger brother Sam (in the geeks group). So many famous faces starred in this show and might not be where they are today without it.
4. "Twisted"
"Twisted" only lasted one season on ABC Family, but it was so good. It was about three best friends, and starred Avan Jorgia. Avan Jogia's character supposedly murdered his aunt with a jump rope when they were younger. Cue his character coming back to high school when he gets out of juvie, trying to become friends with his old friends again; and then one of their classmates gets murdered. Not only was this show good, but Avan Jogia is beautiful, let's be real.
