As the days dwindle down to move in day, I look around me and see parents or kids breaking down over leaving home for the first time. While everyone is in the slumps, my family and I couldn't be more excited for me to start this new journey.

Starting out on your own is scary; bills, new relationships, new friendships, new atmosphere, and a new life. But as young adults, we must eventually branch out and do what we want.

Life is all about taking chances and making mistakes that we as student's need to take the reins of.

Moving away isn't something to be sad forever about, it's a time where we can start our new lives they way we want to live it.

Starting new is something that is scary at first, but makes you feel accomplished after a while. You are in charge of getting your life together and paying your bills on time.

The first couple weeks will be tough. The transition won't be easy, but if you believe that you can do something then you can do it.
