I'm always astounded by the mass of people who believe science disproves the existence of God. To me, it is God's way of giving us answers to burning questions we have. God indirectly molded every man-made piece in history. He created us and he created our minds. We wanted to see the stars and he gave us the telescope. We wanted to know and see what things were made of and he gave us mathematics, physics, and the microscope. We wanted to experience space and he gave us NASA.
Man is able to estimate Earth's age, reach the core of our planet, send people and objects into space, and see separate atoms, yet somehow we forget how miraculous these abilities are. We are constantly in awe of the majesty of the universe, but forget who gave us the gift of discovery. Even now with our advanced technology, we cannot begin to even comprehend the complexity of creation. There are a plethora of breakthroughs we can't even think of discovering, but we've made leaps and bounds that the first philosophers would think are magic.
When something indescribable and unexplainable occurs, it's called mysterious, magical, or even a miracle. As soon as we know how it works, though, it's quickly is dismissed as common knowledge, common sense, or just common. So what if we know how the mechanics of a clock work? That doesn't take away the wonder of time. Just because we can count time doesn't mean it isn't something to be amazed by. Knowing how a car works doesn't take away that sweet feeling of freedom of driving on an empty, open road. Understanding that stars are made of gas doesn't detract from the majesty and the peace that flows over me whenever I lie under them. Knowing God gave us some answers in this vast, mysterious universe doesn't make me doubt Him; it only makes me more in awe of Him.
God gave us free will for a reason. Think about it. Do you want someone to love you of their own volition or would you rather them be forced to love you? I truly don't believe God wants an army of robots following Him. I think He wants us to genuinely love Him. When we love someone, we want to know all about them and God is no different. Just looking at the world around you and basic science can tell you a lot about Him. Science can reveal the what of creation. What did He make the sky out of? What makes the human body work? What makes a seed grow into a plant? These are questions we have the answer to! His word alone is enough to make anything happen but science gives us an insight into the mysterious God. Call me crazy, but I don't believe He wants us to know nothing about Him. We were made in His image, so He understands that for us humans to really appreciate something, sometimes we just need to know how it works.

“A scientific discovery is also a religious discovery. There is no conflict between science and religion. Our knowledge of God is made larger with every discovery we make about the world.”
