Being in A Group Chat
Key Word Suggestions

Being in a group chat is both a blessing and a curse. Here are some reasons why.

1. You can make plans with a group of people all at once

Nothing is more annoying than trying to text each individual person while trying to construct plans. Group texts are great when you're trying to make a plan that all of you can agree on!

2. When the group chat is lit but you're at work

Or if you weren't able to look at your phone for whatever reason but next thing you know you have 150 texts and your phone is going off like crazy. Then you have to read through all of them to catch up.

3. You can help one another out

Whether it's picking an outfit, trying to dig up dirt on someone, or helping someone form a text to send to their ex. If you ever need help, always text the group.

4. Bye-bye battery life

It was good while it lasted... for that whole thirty minutes.

5. There is a 'Do Not Disturb' button

This usually helps when you don't want to get all of the notifications. The only downfall is sometimes you don't even realize you're getting the texts.

6. There is only a small window of opportunity to say a funny joke

Once I finally figure out something hilarious to reply, they already moved onto the next topic.

7. Those within the group chat are always there for you

Group chats are great because they usually consist of people who care about you. Whenever you want to talk to them about something, they are always there for you.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
